General Infos
What are the check-in and check-out times?

Our rooms are ready to welcome you starting from 2:00 PM. To ensure everything is perfect for our next guests, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 AM.

What are the reception hours?

The reception is open 24/7: zero worries, no matter what time you arrive.

Where is the property located and how can I reach it?

In the heart of Padua: we are located in Piazza del Santo, right in front of the Basilica.

Set your GPS to Via Cesarotti. Follow the street until you reach the square in front of the Basilica of St. Anthony.

Important: Do not enter Via del Santo, as it is a Restricted Traffic Zone (ZTL).

Please stop temporarily in the square near "Fresco" Restaurant and come into the hotel; we will provide you with all the necessary parking information and directions.

Note: The hotel cannot issue permits for transit through the ZTL zones.

Is on-site parking available?

On-site parking is not available for cars (bicycles and motorcycles only), but we can recommend several convenient alternatives:

Piazza Rabin Parking: Located at Via 58° Reggimento Fanteria, 1. The rate is €15.00 per day, approximately a 10–15 minute walk from the hotel.
Garage Roma: Located at Via XX Settembre, 26. Thanks to our special agreement, the rate for our guests is €15.00 per day (instead of €25.00). It is about a 10–15 minute walk away.

Is there an elevator in the building?

To reach the upper floors, you will find a convenient elevator. However, as this is a historic building, its traditional charm includes a few small steps along the corridors. Please also note that our annex (dependance) is accessible exclusively by stairs.

Your comfort is important to us: if you have any mobility issues or special requirements, please contact the hotel before your arrival! We will be happy to make the necessary arrangements to ensure you have a stress-free stay.

What are the accessibility features of the property?

The hotel is accessible and barrier-free. We also offer two dedicated rooms, specifically designed to provide maximum comfort for guests with disabilities.

Is Wi-Fi available at the property?

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel: perfect for browsing, working, or sharing your photos of Padua.

Are pets allowed?

Traveling with your dog? We welcome medium-sized pets upon request for a supplement of €25.00 per stay. A small Pet Welcome kit will be waiting for you, including:

Bowls for fresh water and their favorite food.
Hygienic waste bags for your walks together.
A comfort mat for their naps.

Is there a luggage storage service?

Luggage storage is always available: feel free to leave your bags with us before checking in or after your departure

What amenities are provided in the rooms?

All the comforts you need at your fingertips: each room features a TV, telephone, safe, minibar, and a complimentary toiletry set for your well-being.

Is there a tourist tax?

Please note that the tourist tax in Padua is €2.50 per person, per night (up to 5 consecutive nights). Children under 16 years of age are our guests and are exempt from this tax.

Which credit cards are accepted for payment?

You can conveniently settle your bill with your preferred card: we accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Hotel & Services
Is there a shuttle service to and from the property?

We do not have a private shuttle, but reaching us is very easy! From the main train station (Stazione FS), you can take the tram and get off at the 'Santo' stop; you will be at our front door in just a few minutes.

Are children allowed to stay at the property?

Children are more than welcome! Our family rooms are spacious and cozy, specifically designed to make the whole family feel right at home.

Are cribs and baby beds available?

Cribs are available upon request (€20.00 per stay). For extra beds, we recommend our Triple or Family rooms, which are specifically designed to accommodate more guests.

Do you have accessible rooms?

Yes, we have two double rooms dedicated to guests with disabilities. They are designed to ensure comfort and full accessibility; please contact us to reserve them!

Is breakfast included?

Breakfast is included: a rich buffet awaits you, the perfect way to recharge and start your discovery of Padua with the right energy!

What time is breakfast served?

You can enjoy our breakfast from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. For those departing before 7:00 AM, please let us know the evening before: we will be happy to prepare something for you!

Where is breakfast served?

The breakfast room is located on the ground floor, easily accessible to all our guests.

What type of breakfast is served?

From freshly baked cakes to savory options: our international buffet awaits you every morning with a selection of fresh, high-quality products.

Are gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan options available? Special requirements?

Upon request, we serve products tailored for celiac, vegetarian, and vegan guests.

Restaurants & Bar
Is there a restaurant on-site?

For lunch or dinner, we suggest Ristorante Fresco, located right next to the hotel. Although it is independently managed, we love to pamper our guests: you will receive a 10% discount on the à la carte menu.
Our Reception staff knows the local area very well and will be happy to recommend the best spots to suit your preferences.

Is there a bar on-site?

There is no bar inside the hotel, but no worries: Ristorante Fresco is right next door! It is the perfect spot to relax from morning to night, without having to travel far.
There are also many other charming bars and local spots in the historic center, perfect for tasting local specialties like the classic Italian aperitivo
